CONCRETE AND QUALITY
Our strong commitment to quality is utmost to satisfy our customers. We have experience and dedicated quality personnel to carry out routine tests on raw materials, and fresh and hardened concrete products. Our batching plants ensure the highest quality ready mixed concrete that our clients demand.
We can assure our customers that the quality of raw materials used in our concrete is in accordance with local and international standard specifications. Some concrete construction application requires concrete mixes with superior workability, durability, and strength, our concrete mixes are the right choice in this situation. Armed with our own concrete transit mixers and concrete pumps, our customers will find our prompt delivery service at their project is the most reliable.
All manufactured concrete is inspected according to our established Quality Control Test Plan procedure and sampled before leaving the plant to ensure high quality during supply such as:
- Conventional Concrete
- Durable Concrete
- High Strength Concrete
- Self- Compacting Concrete
- Light Weight Concrete
- Waterproof Concrete
- Fiber-reinforced Concrete
- Dry Ready Mix
Conventional Concrete
Conventional Concrete is the standard concrete used in Roads, Bridges, Villas, and Buildings usually ranging from C20/20N to C40/20N. Reinforced concrete is the material of choice for architects and engineers because it can be sculpted into any shape or form while also acting as the primary structural support for any type of structure.
Durable Concrete
Durable concrete is a combination of Portland Cement plus Cementitious Materials such as GGBFS, Silica Fume, Fly Ash, Metakaolin, etc. Durable concrete can retain its original form, quality, and serviceability when exposed to its environment. Properly designed, proportioned, transported, placed, finished, and cured concrete is capable of providing decades of service with little or no maintenance.
High-strength concrete
High-performance concrete generally with compressive strengths greater than C45/20N to C90/20N is used in critical structures. High-strength concrete columns can hold more weight and therefore be made slimmer than regular-strength concrete columns, which allows for more usable space, especially in the lower floors of buildings.
Self-consolidating concrete
(SCC) also referred to as self-compacting concrete, is able to flow and consolidate on its own. At the same time, it is cohesive enough to fill spaces of almost any size and shape without segregation or bleeding. This makes SCC particularly useful wherever placing is difficult, such as in heavily reinforced concrete members or extremely congested reinforcing steel with little mechanical vibration.
Lightweight Concrete
Structural lightweight concrete has an in-place density on the order of 800 to 1840 Kg/m3 compared to normal weight concrete with a density in the range of 2240 to 2600 Kg/m3.
Waterproof Concrete
Concrete is specially engineered to be watertight and used mostly for swimming pools, cistern tanks, and roof deck slabs.
Fiber-reinforced Concrete
Concrete containing short discrete fibers that are uniformly distributed and randomly oriented to improve the tensile strength of concrete.
Dry Ready Mix
Dry ready-mix concrete is the standard mix concrete supplied without water. For construction sites that require concrete using a longer time dry mix is the answer to their needs. Dry mix concrete can be used in a partial quantity until such materials consumed.
